A Creole Christmas feast awaits on Marie-Galante, an island renowned for its exceptional rum and time-honoured culinary traditions. The New Year is welcomed with a lavish beachside dinner in Nevis, featuring island delicacies like butter-soft spiny lobster and crispy Johnny cakes that crackle with flavour.
