A Creole Christmas feast awaits on Marie-Galante, an island renowned for its exceptional rum and time-honoured culinary traditions. The New Year is welcomed with a lavish beachside dinner in Nevis, featuring island delicacies like butter-soft spiny lobster and crispy Johnny cakes that crackle with flavour. The British Virgin Island's famous Anegada lobster, often simply grilled and served with drawn butter, and Guadeloupe's unique bokit, a fried bread sandwich stuffed with various savoury fillings, round out the culinary adventure.
