Your taste buds are in for a treat at Grenada's Prickly Bay yacht club, where nutmeg-infused stews and cinnamon-laced desserts offer a spice-laden culinary journey. Tobago answers with fiery curried crab and dumplings, a local specialty that sings when paired with an ice-cold Carib lager on Charlotteville's sun-drenched shores. Grenada's organic chocolate, made from cocoa beans nurtured in the island's lush interior, is a must-try, as is Tobago's coo-coo, a cornmeal and okra dish central to the island's cuisine.
